If you have something from your catalog that would tell us about the degrees offered, enrollment, acredited by, etc., please fax it to my attention. We have to back-out bogus EDU registrations every once in a while. This would probably happened in your case too.. as soon as someone complained, we would have to go an check further, then you would be really unhappy if you had invested some time/effort in the name. The internet is open - and basically self-regulating in matters like these.
