well... tried to take over 2 countries. Haven't succeeded yet. Both countries are unsafe for tourism or business and decaying rapidly into cesspools of terrorism, not models of Democracy. A lack of empathy for the peoples of these countries has lead to their alienation from us, not an embrace of our values, such as democracy. Bush is socially and culturally insensitive, to say the least.
